The Golden Knights will play their first game of the season in Calgary.
At T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night, the Arizona Coyotes defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 2-0.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
Despite a scoreless first period, the Golden Knights outshot the Coyotes 13-5. The score remained knotted at zero after forty minutes. Clayton Keller opened the score for the evening just ten minutes into the third, giving the Coyotes a 1-0 lead. Lawson Crouse took advantage of the empty net with one minute remaining in regulation to give Arizona a 2-0 lead.
