Nick Kyrgios and Andy Roddick of Tennis Channel ranked Novak Djokovic as the overwhelming favorite to win the Australian Open in 2024.

After winning back-to-back matches against Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic has emerged victorious in the 2023 ATP Finals. The Serbian had a tremendous week in Turin, continuing to play incredible tennis and showing no signs of slowing down.

Is Djokovic going to reach number 25 at the Australian Open? was the final question posed by the Tennis Channel panel. He has been dominating there for years, having won the event the year before. Andy Roddick, a former professional tennis player, predictorily stated that Djokovic would win the tournament again.

It’s not a huge surprise because Djokovic traditionally plays some of his best tennis in Melbourne. It’s a well-established pattern, and that’s why Nick Kyrgios agreed with Roddick picking the Serbian as well to win the Australian Open.

If they are right to forecast this, we won’t have to wait long to find out, but anything other than Djokovic winning would be a major surprise. That is the reality in Australia.
