Impossible? Man juggling knives and walking more than 34 feet on a slackline

 

 

Edgar Yudkevich, juggling three knives and traveling 34 feet and 4 inches over a slackline, broke the Guinness World Record.

November 21 (UPI) In California, a gifted circus artist got onto a slackline and used three knives to juggle a 34-foot, 4-inch walk.

Edgar Yudkevich completed the challenge in Coronado and broke the record for the longest slackline distance traveled while juggling three knives, according to Guinness World Records.

“The day that I attempted this record was on World Circus Day and there was a community gathering of circus artists in Coronado,” Yudkevich stated to GWR. “Everyone was pushing their limits and celebrating, and I decided to do a feat that would inspire my friends, as well as my students to push themselves further in their circus acts.”

Yudkevich said he had been slacklining for around a decade before deciding to try blades in order to up the risk factor.

“Because I am constantly training as a circus artist, I regularly do feats that others don’t understand, but that I feel are quite safe performing,” he stated. “In this case, I’ve had over 12 years of daily practice in juggling and balancing to aid me.”
