Breaking News: Hamilton kicked out by Mercedes team mate from the Abu Dhabi qualifying round.

Lewis Hamilton qualified for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with a lackluster showing; following a challenging run around the circuit, he was eliminated in the second round.

In the final of the qualifying session, George Russell overtook the seven-time world Champion and forced Hamilton into P11.

Having won a pole in Abu Dhabi on five previous occasions, Hamilton was obviously disappointed with his lackluster performance.

After the session, when asked what was wrong, Hamilton said he was “Just struggling with balance.” Speaking with his team over the radio on his in lap, Hamilton said, “There’s something not right with his car.” Hamilton will have to settle for a P11 start, finding himself 0.619 seconds behind initial pole seater Max Verstappen in Q2.

“There’s something not right, I’m sure we’ll dive into it,”I don’t have any answers ,

At this point it’s what it is.
