Another 5Star Departure Again? This Time Its A Double Departure, What A Shame As…

While browsing the transfer portal, Kyle McCord is considering his options. He might be traveling with a former Ohio State teammate as well.

McCord is scheduled to visit Nebraska on Monday, according to a report from 247 Sports on Sunday. They stated that Julian Fleming, a wide receiver with the Buckeyes, will be visiting the Cornhuskers on Tuesday.

Fleming and McCord were both former 5-star recruits. McCord played in 12 games for Ohio State this season, passing for 3,170 yards and 24 touchdowns. During his four seasons with Ohio State, Fleming has 79 catches for 963 yards and seven touchdowns.

Fleming had his best season yet the previous year, hauling in 34 catches for 533 yards and six touchdowns.

It’s been predicted that Nebraska will win McCord. The Huskers would benefit greatly if they were able to acquire both McCord and Fleming.

In Matt Rhule’s first season as head coach, Nebraska finished 5-7 this year. Despite having a formidable defense, their offense only scored 18.0 points per game on average, good for 123rd place out of 133 teams.
