Lewis Hamilton’s phone ringing during an interview has sparked a new hypothesis among Formula One fans regarding his potential move to Red Bull. The video was posted on social media.

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner revealed in a Daily Mail interview that a liaison from Hamilton’s camp had allegedly started conversations with Red Bull over a possible swap earlier in the year, setting off a chain of rumors that began in November.

Hamilton vigorously disputes these allegations and says he is committed to Mercedes until 2025. Horner also adamantly sticks to his story.

Although the heated debates appeared to fade into the background, fans have suddenly reignited the speculative flame—albeit with a dash of bold fantasy.

‘That’s Horner testing his luck’

As Hamilton awaits questions in an interview on Formula 1’s official X account, his phone starts to ring, prompting laughter from Hamilton and those with him.

However, some mischievous fans speculated about who might have been calling.

“Horner asking to meet up at the end of the season again,” one wrote.

“Don’t worry Lewis, that’s just Horner testing his luck with your new phone,” said another.

“Could it have been Christian [Horner] who was calling him?” asked a third.

A fourth person joked, “It was Karen Horner being left on read.”

Well, whoever the Hamilton cast ended up being, they’ve really raised eyebrows!
