Michigans’ “have nothing to worry about” When it comes to Alabama, Ex Michigan Player Reveals.

One University of Michigan alumnus genuinely thinks Alabama will be crushed by the Wolverines.

Taylor Lewan was the No. 11 overall choice in the 2014 NFL Draft and is currently a free agent.

He was an offensive tackle for the Tennessee Titans for nine seasons, but he also played for the Michigan Wolverines for five years, from 2009 to 2013. Lewan is among the most decorated players in Michigan history, having won the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year award twice in addition to being named to the first team of the All-American team twice (2012–2013). Although Alabama crushed his squad in the 2012 Cowboy Classic at AT&T Stadium, Lewan believes Michigan is currently superior to the Crimson Tide. In an episode of his podcast Bussin’ With the Boys, Lewan asserted that Michigan is “better coached” and “top to bottom” superior to Alabama.

“I will say this about Alabama: knowing my own past traumas dealing with Alabama during the dynasty, when they were real, I was like, ‘damn, I hope that does not happen again,'” Lewan stated after the announcement was made. “I’ve seen the USF movie… A few of these games have I seen. If you are a Michigan supporter, let me tell you right now that there is nothing to be concerned about. Michigan is more cohesive, harder, and stronger than us, and we plan to take a 34-point beating on them in the Rose Bowl.

According to Lewan, Michigan has performed statistically better in the season’s third quarter.

He feels like the Wolverines will be able to run the ball a lot on Alabama. Lewan has even placed a bet with former Alabama standout, Mark Ingram. Ingram, a 2009 Heisman Trophy winner, looks forward to seeing what the Tide does against Michigan.

Alabama is not the same team now versus when it played South Florida.

Lewan is highly confident, but we will see if it back fires on him.
