Insight:  Wide receiver for Nebraska football commits compliments about Matt Rhule

Prior to joining the Cornhuskers, Nebraska football wide receiver Isaiah McMorris gives head coach Matt Rhule high marks.

Nebraska football had a difficult season in their first year under head coach Matt Rhule, finishing 5-7 overall and 3-6 in the Big Ten Conference. Compared to 2022, when the Cornhuskers were 4-8 before Rhule took over, this was a minor improvement.

Rhule has a track record of improving college football schools over a few seasons, which is fantastic news for Nebraska. Isaiah McMorris, a 2024 recruit at wide receiver for Nebraska, is one guy who supports the offense and program Rhule is developing.

“I believe that prospective offensive players ought to choose Nebraska just due to Matt Rhule’s track record of restructuring programs. Yes, McMorris admitted. “Our weapons alone will allow us to score a lot of points,” according to Brian Christopherson of 247 Sports.

Nebraska has also signed five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola and four-star tight end Carter Nelson in addition to the three-star wide McMorris.

Despite not being able to duplicate that kind of success in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers, Rhule has a strong resume coaching college football. With players like Nelson, McMorris, and Raiola in their ranks, the Cornhuskers should progress dramatically over the course of the next two seasons.
