Insight: : “It’s Not Business As Usual” As 2 Roster Moves Have Been Made Ahead Of Seahawks Game By The Steelers.

Right now, the Pittsburgh Steelers are treading water.

They must therefore make sure they take care of business against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, and they will require all the assistance they can get.

In light of this, they promoted Myles Jack and Eric Rowe, two veterans from their practice squad, and even though they may not play a significant part in the match, it’s obvious that they want to have experienced players available for crucial situations (via Aaron Wilson).

This season, Mike Tomlin’s squad has been embroiled in a number of scandals.

From Ben Roethlisberger criticizing the coaches and the offense to George Pickens’ antics on and off social media.

They even fired their coaching staff during the season for the first time in decades, and some began to wonder if Tomlin had served his time with the team.

All of that, of course, won’t matter if the Black & Gold manage to sneak into the postseason like they normally do, which is why defeating Pete Carroll’s team is so crucial.

Tomlin is one of the best coaches in the game and perhaps the best when he’s got his back against the wall and isn’t expected to win, and history has shown that you can never count him or the Steelers out of any game.

They will now need to perform that magic once more when they take on a squad that is also keen to win in order to have any chance of making the playoffs.
