Former Auburn defensive lineman Justin Rogers will be finding himself at Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium from Feb. 27 to March 4 as he has accepted his invitation to the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, the program announced in a social media post Wednesday morning.

Rogers’ trip to the NFL Combine, an invitation-only gathering where NFL scouts may assess some of the best players eligible for the draft, means Auburn will have four representatives in Indianapolis at the very least. Rogers will be going to the Combine with the three defensive backs from the Tigers, Jaylin Simpson, Nehemiah Pritchett, and D.J. James having accepted their invites.

Rogers received an invitation after playing in every game during his one and only season on The Plains, where he recorded 17 total tackles, two tackles for a loss, and a sack. Rogers’ best 2023 performance occurred on his opening play against Ole Miss, when he recorded four total tackles, a tackle for a loss, and a sack.

After his performance on October 21 against Ole Miss, Rogers cemented his place as a starter on Auburn’s defensive line.

Rogers spent three seasons at Kentucky, where he participated in 33 games, had 60 tackles, and tallied five tackles for a loss, before moving to Auburn for his junior year.
