Breaking Update: A glance of new prospective Quarterbacks that have received offers from Nebraska and their upcoming review visit.

Coaches at Nebraska continue to recruit with an eye toward the future even as the team enters a new quarterback era.

At the most crucial position in college football, the Huskers had a busy offseason. The transfer site was accessed by two of last year’s starters. This month, two of NU’s most anticipated recruits of the century, Dylan Raiola (a five-star recruit) and Daniel Kaelin, came as honored early enrollees.

While extending scholarship offers to prospects in the 2026 and 2027 classes on Tuesday, NU reminded prospects that the work of a quarterback is never over. Barely a week had passed when Nebraska issued a tender to a new 2025 objective when those were sent out.

Coach Matt Rhule has stated that the goal is to develop high school talent at the position, despite the fact that Nebraska has started transfer quarterbacks the last two seasons. Players that can prolong plays with their feet and stretch defenses with throws 60 yards downfield are desired by the program.

“I think after spending a year in the Big Ten and in the weather we play in, having big quarterbacks with big hands who can spin the ball is vital,” Rhule said last month.
