On Saturday night, Nebraska football signed tight end Danny King of Bloomington Jefferson (Minn.) to its class of walk-ons for 2024.

On Saturday night, the 225-pound, 6-foot-4 King made his decision public on social media.

King has been under Nebraska’s notice for some time, and he visited the campus on game day during the Huskers’ November game against Maryland.

King caught 34 passes for 481 yards and five touchdowns in his final year. King visited Boston College, South Dakota State, and Minnesota in addition to Lincoln. King was offered scholarships by Sioux Falls and Minnesota State, but he decided to accept the offer from the Huskers.
