A top player from Minnesota is being targeted by Nebraska football.

Naturally, there is competition for Nebraska football’s right to add Karmo. The Robbinsdale Cooper High School standout has also received offers from the USC Trojans and Ohio State Buckeyes. Not to add, Karmo seems to be favored to join the Minnesota Golden Gophers as well.

I recall telling them when I was younger that I would play for them. And I can now, in fact,” Karmo remarked (via Ryan Burns of 247 Sports).

“This spring, I intend to visit USC, Kansas State, and Ohio State. I haven’t received a date for the other visits yet, but I know the USC visit will take place in March,” Karmo continued.

Though Nebraska football could use some good news after concluding the 2023 college football season with just a 5-7 overall record and 3-6 in Big Ten conference play, the Cornhuskers still have plenty of time to persuade Karmo to come play for the team. Since finishing 9-4 in 2016, the Cornhuskers have also failed to win more than five games in a season.

Right now, four players have committed to play for Nebraska football in 2025, including three-star defensive lineman Tyson Terry.
