Though it seems unlikely, it’s possible that Tee Higgins and Trevor Lawrence, two former Clemson standouts, will team up in the NFL.

Lawrence was questioned throughout Super Bowl week regarding this potential. He would want to be back on the same offense as Tee Higgins, but like many others, he doesn’t see the Cincinnati Bengals letting him get away.

“I’d be shocked if Cincinnati released him. That is not going to occur, in my opinion. However, Lawrence stated that it would be fantastic to play with Tee if the chance arose. We’ve exchanged a few texts back and forth, you know. The league is also humorous. It’s always unpredictable how things will turn out. Numerous aspects are at play.

Naturally, though, that’s the man I played with, and we had a fantastic rapport. Great player. In the least, I wouldn’t mind if he visited Jacksonville.

Despite the uncertainty, it’s a situation to keep an eye on. The Bengals need to sign new contracts and feed a lot of mouths. Should they be unable to pay Higgins, the Jaguars ought to have a genuine chance.
