A quarterback from California has received a scholarship offer from the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Brady Smigiel is a prospective student in the class of 2026 at Newbury Park High School in Newbury Park, California.

Undoubtedly, Nebraska football, which had a dismal 5-7 record in the 2023 college football season, is hoping to sign the native of Buford, Georgia, as quarterback in order to acquire a top player behind center who may succeed Dylan Raiola, who is expected to make his program debut in 2024.

Smigiel, a 6-4 man weighing 190 pounds, hails from Newbury Park, California. Smigiel completed 58 percent of his passes for 4,222 yards and 52 touchdowns versus 14 interceptions in his sophomore year of high school.
