The football program at Nebraska has extended an offer to one of the top players in the 2026 class, but discussions aren’t getting too far just yet. 

A Douglas County High School item Jordan Carter is among the select handful 2026 edge rushers who have already received an offer from the Huskers and Matt Rhule, but do the Huskers stand a chance with the fourth-ranked edge rusher from Douglasville, Georgia, according to 247Sports? He said this after conversing with Jordan Carter on Sunday at the Under Armour camp. “I love The Huskers passionately, but we just don’t talk like that,” he replied.

“But i’ve been a big fan of the Huskers from childhood, So I would not mind if an offer comes from them at the moment”.
