A Douglas County High School item Jordan Carter is among the select handful 2026 edge rushers who have already received an offer from the Huskers and Matt Rhule, but do the Huskers stand a chance with the fourth-ranked edge rusher from Douglasville, Georgia, according to 247Sports?
