Four-star cornerback Devin Williams committed to Auburn football on Monday night, demonstrating Hugh

Freeze’s continued development of the class of 2025.

Williams said on X that he would commit to the Tigers.

Williams became the ninth commit of the class and the first defensive back in the

bunch, joining the seventh-ranked class overall in the nation.

The class’s top-ranked cornerback, according to 247Sports, had numerous offers, including ones from SEC rivals

Alabama, LSU, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and the

defending national champions Michigan.

The Buford, Georgia native, who is described as 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds,

run track, taking part in events like the 200- and 100-meter dashes.
