As the Formula One team risks losing a furious Max Verstappen, Helmut Marko is “about to leave Red Bull.”

Helmut Marko’s rumoured departure from Red Bull could throw up questions about Max Verstappen’s future at the Austrian team.

The continuing Helmut Marko crisis at Red Bull may have an effect on Max Verstappen’s future.

It has been claimed that Helmut Marko will be leaving Red Bull, as the Austrian advisor is expected to leave the F1 team after the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. It’s thought that Marko, who helped Red Bull sign current world champion Max Verstappen, is being investigated in connection with purported media leaks.

According to Sky Sport Germany, Marko might leave Red Bull as early as the following week. The 80-year-old is reportedly set to resign from his position as director of Red Bull because he is allegedly being investigated for media leaks related to the recent Christian Horner incident.

It comes after Marko informed ORF, an Austrian station, that he anticipates receiving a suspension from the constructor after this weekend’s Saudi Arabian race. Red Bull has been contacted by Express Sport for a statement.

Although Red Bull has not publicly acknowledged the probe, Marko’s situation appears dire, and Verstappen’s future is called into question given his anticipated exit. The three-time world champion driver hinted that Verstappen would run into issues if Red Bull parted ways with Marko. After securing a spot at the Saudi Grand Prix, Verstappen expressed his admiration for Helmut and our joint accomplishments. It covers a great deal of ground.

Red Bull, who started first and third on the grid today, has, nevertheless, looked like its normal powerful self on the track. Red Bull took first and second place on the podium at the Bahrain Grand Prix last week. If Verstappen stays in the race after close buddy Marko’s reported departure, there’s a good chance he’ll win four straight this year, as he currently leads the Drivers’ Championship.
