According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Packers are bringing defensive lineman Montravius Adams back for a two-year contract.
Contract details are not yet released.
In 2024, the seasoned nose tackle will begin his seventh NFL season. The 6’4 and 304-pound defender made 24 total tackles and one forced fumble in 2023 while playing for the Steelers.
The Green Bay Packers selected Adams in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. The Auburn product has since moved around the league, playing for the Patriots, Saints, Steelers, Packers, and Saints. Adams, who has 25 career starts and is well-known for his explosive first step, has spent 17 of those years in Pittsburgh.
