3-star offensive lineman Tai Buster joins the Tigers’ 2025 recruiting class after committing to Auburn.
Three-star offensive lineman Tai Buster was at Auburn not too long ago. On March 16, he made an unofficial visit to The Plains.
Buster is obviously eager to spend a lot more time on The Plains, as seen by his announcement of his commitment to Hugh Freeze and the Tigers.
The 6-foot-3, 280-pound Buster declared his committment in a tweet on Friday afternoon on X, the social networking site that was formerly known as Twitter.
On January 20, Auburn extended an offer to the three-star offensive lineman from North Carolina. This was Buster’s ninth Division I offer overall, but his first from an SEC school. Since then, Buster has been offered by Auburn, Duke, Penn State, Rutgers, Virginia Tech, and Kentucky as well as Florida.
All in all, though, Buster was won over by Auburn offensive linemen coach Jake Thornton, who was also his main Tigers recruiter.
With Buster’s pledge, Auburn will have nine commitments in its 2025 recruiting class, which includes three offensive lineman (Buster, 3-star Spencer Dowland, and 4-star Tavaris Dice).
