FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas men’s basketball forward signee Jonas Aidoo will reportedly withdraw from the NBA Draft and join the Razorbacks for the upcoming season.

Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports first reported the news.

Players who enter the draft are allowed to do so while maintaining college eligibility. They have until 4 p.m. Central on June 16 to remove their name from the draft.

Aidoo was among the most highly coveted players in the NCAA transfer portal when he entered out of Tennessee. The 6-11, 241-pound big man averaged 11.4 points and 7.3 rebounds in 2023-24, which doubled his numbers from the season prior.

He was the fifth player to commit to Arkansas under new coach John Calipari. Two more have since joined. The other transfer signees are transfers Zvonimir Ivisic (Kentucky), Johnell Davis (Florida Atlantic) and Adou Theiro (Kentucky).
