Peter Langi commitment date set: OL to announce from Arizona, Auburn, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M, Washington
San Francisco Archbishop Riordan offensive lineman Peter Langi has set his announcement date…
Last week, Langi named his top six of — alphabetically — Arizona, Auburn, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M and Washington.
In the spring, he took one official visit — to Arizona.
The Wildcats landed a commitment then from his 2026 brother, Michael Langi and his 2025 teammate, Losipini Tupou, but Langi didn’t make one.
Earlier this month, he was supposed to officially visit Washington, where his teammate Chris Lawson, is committed.
But after a minor injury the night before Langi’s visit, he canceled the visit, with plans to take it in mid November when the Huskies host UCLA Nov. 15.
Four schools had been out in front for Langi — the Huskies and Wildcats as well as Auburn and Penn State.
But then the two Lone Star State SEC schools, Texas and Texas A&M, made the top six.
Langi is likely to take a few more official visits besides Washington, with Auburn and Penn State likely destinations — and he could add one more, in advance of the late-November decision.
