The Red Bull team principal has made his feelings clear on Ferrari’s decision to sign Hamilton.

Christian Horner has made his feelings clear on Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari for the 2025 season.
Hamilton signed a multi-year contract with the Scuderia that commenced at the beginning of 2025.
He will team up with in search of a record-breaking eighth Drivers’ Championship, with previous team Mercedes having not been in a position to challenge for top honours consistently over the past three seasons.
The 40-year-old has completed two tests with with the most recent of those having been at the Circuit de Catalunya this week.
Hamilton had what was described as which curtailed his running on Wednesday, but has otherwise been racking up mileage in a 2023 Ferrari car as he adapts to life at a new team for the first time in 12 years.
He will hope to topple Red Bull’s dominance over recent seasons, with winning each of the last four Drivers’ Championships and the team winning the Constructors’ Championship in three of those four seasons.

He said: “I’ve seen some pictures. I think it suits him. Look, I think it’s great for Formula 1. Lewis Hamilton in a Ferrari – that really is box office.
“I think it’s just another dynamic for this year which could be super
exciting.”
