Swedish rock legends Europe have officially announced the release of a brand-new studio album, set to arrive in early 2026. Alongside the album, the band will embark on an extensive European tour covering multiple countries. This marks their first major studio release since Walk the Earth (2017) and promises to deliver their signature anthemic rock sound while exploring new musical directions.
New Album Details
While the band has yet to reveal the full tracklist, lead singer Joey Tempest hinted that the upcoming album will feature a mix of classic Europe-style hard rock with modern production elements. Recording is expected to wrap up by late 2025, with the first single dropping shortly after.
2026 European Tour
Europe has also unveiled plans for a 2026 European tour, set to include stops in Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Italy, and the UK. This follows their 2025 tour, which already includes performances across 11 countries. The upcoming tour is expected to be one of their biggest in years, featuring a setlist packed with both new material and classic hits like The Final Countdown and Carrie.
Tickets for the 2026 tour are expected to go on sale later this year, with pre-sale options likely for dedicated fans. More details, including specific dates and venues, will be announced soon.
